Indian Reining Headstall
I offer this headstall in 2 types of rope Braid on Braid and Samson, in the colors shown below.

Braid on Braid (Yachting Rope) This 1/4" and 1/2" Rope is made from 16 Plait Braid on Braid Polyester Rope. It has a braided polyester core inside and a braided polyester outer cover. It has high durability, abrasion, low stretch, is unaffected by water, and UV resistance. It is made for high strength and stability. It is soft, flexible and has a nice sheen finish. Polyester produces less friction, so that means a greatly reduced chance of rope burn and less abrasion on your horse’s skin. Combined with a comfortable weight in the hand our Braid on Braid rope is perfect for all natural horsemanship techniques.
Knots tied in polyester will hold tight, but can always be undone should adjustment be required.
Unlike cheap halter and rein cords and webbing, Polyester will not harden or powder with age and will have only minor fading over the long life of the rope. It is unaffected by water, will not rot, mold or mildew and is resistant to most acids and oils. Polyester can be washed with normal household detergents in warm water.
Cheap polypropylene halter and rein cords and webbing have a much lower breaking strain (about 30% less) and lose another 30% per year through age. Polyester ropes lose only 3% per year making ropes that can be relied on not to break.

Samson 2- in - 1 Stable Braid (Marine Rope) Samson EQ Braid Samson XLS This 1/4"rope is made from a firm Double Braided Polyester Rope with high strength, low stretch, and excellent resistance to wear. Tied in this configuration it is unbreakable. It is slick, flexible, and has a nice sheen finish. Black/Blue, White/Blue, Blue/Tracer, Black/Tracer, Red/Tracer, Green/Tracer, Solid Black, Pink, Purple The 1/2" Stable Braid Rope is made from a loose braided Double Braided Polyester Rope with high strength, low stretch, and excellent resistance to wear. This Headstall will help in the aid of teaching your horse to rein. When pulling on the rein your horse will get pressure from the other side that gently pulls his nose in the right direction. Not a new concept, just a new look.
