IMPORTANT UPDATE!!!

Most people are unaware that oil is used in the making of rope. Due to this the rope industry has been hit hard by the rising cost of oil not only in production, but in fuel charges for freight. Because of this, my expenses have gone up across the board for rope, supplies, and freight.

Samson Rope Technologies issued a statement to me on 6-23-08 that the price of rope will be going up 9% on August 1st. They stated that Polyester Rope has gone up 16% and Freight 10-15% in costs from 2007.

I recommend that if you are looking at placing an order you should do that before August 1st, because that is when my prices will also be going up drastically on the Samson Rope and all other products will increase the percent I have incurred from my suppliers on other rope types and supplies.

I am sorry for this increase but wanted you to be aware why my prices have gone up. I hope at some point the cost of oil will get realistic and I will be able to lower my prices.
